Ingredients:
1 cup Grounded chicken
1 egg
½ cup Thai basil
1 tablespoon Thai chili
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon oil
Instructions:
- Turn on medium heat, stir fried garlic and chili until crispy then add chicken.
- Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar.
- Turn off the heat and add Thai basil.
- Fried egg and set aside.
- Served with steamed rice and fried egg.
