Serves 4
Ingredients:
500 g (1 lb) chicken fillets
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp oil
2 green peppers
1 fresh red chilli
2 onions
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 teaspoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoons fish sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions:
- Slice chicken, chop garlic.
- Slice pepper, chilli and onions.
- Heat oil in a wok or a pan, add garlic and chicken and stir-fry for one minute.
- Add onions, pepper and chilli and stir-fry until chicken is done.
- Stir in oyster sauce, light soy sauce, fish sauce and soy sauce.
