Thai Minced Beef

500 g minced beef

2 tablespoons basil leaves

1 tablespoons black pepper coarse

2 red chilies, seeded

5 cloves garlic

4 bird's eye chilies, bruised

2 tablespoons fish sauce

1 tablespoon sugar

cooking oil


Method :

  1. Pound red chilies and garlic together.
  2. Heat 3 tablespoons oil, saut� pounded chilies mixture and dry until fragrant.
  3. Add minced beef, bird's eye chilies and continue to fry beef for 3 minutes.
  4. Add basil leaves, black pepper, fish sauce and sugar.
  5. Fry beef for half a minute and turn off fire.

Serves 6
