500 g minced beef
2 tablespoons basil leaves
1 tablespoons black pepper coarse
2 red chilies, seeded
5 cloves garlic
4 bird's eye chilies, bruised
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
cooking oil
Method :
- Pound red chilies and garlic together.
- Heat 3 tablespoons oil, saut� pounded chilies mixture and dry until fragrant.
- Add minced beef, bird's eye chilies and continue to fry beef for 3 minutes.
- Add basil leaves, black pepper, fish sauce and sugar.
- Fry beef for half a minute and turn off fire.
Serves 6
