Thai Dipping Sauce 2

6 tablespoons lime juice

11/2-2 teaspoons crushed palm sugar

1/2 teaspoon fish sauce

1/2 teaspoon very finely chopped red shallot

1/2 teaspoon very finely chopped fresh green chili

Method :

In a small bowl, stir together lime juice and sugar until sugar has dissolved. Adjust amount of sugar, if wished. Stir in fish sauce, shallot and chilies. Pour into a small serving bowl. Serve with deep fried fish, fish fritters, won tons or spring rolls.

Serves 4.
