Green Mango Salad

Serves 4

Ingredients:

2 cups green unripe mango flesh, cut into ling matchsticks
1/4 cup dried shrimps
3 tbsp sliced shallots
5 fresh small green chilies, chopped
1 tbsp palm sugar, or white sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce (use 1 teaspoon salt instead if don’t like fish sauce)
1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Mixed all the ingredients together, served as an appetizer.
